The ePortal

The ePortal allows business owners to:
Create an account
Register a business
Apply for or renew a vending licence
View, change and manage information relating to their business
House all documents relating to their business

The Public Registry

The Public Registry allows users to:
View a list of all registered Small, Micro and Meduim-Sized Business/Enterprises
Filter their search by name to find the exact business you're looking for
Filter by advanced criteria, such as number of employees or business type
View all publicly available details regarding a selected business

Guidance and Instructions

ePortal-Signup & Login

Signup

Step 1: Navigate to the signup page.

Step 2: Enter the required credentials: Name, Email, Password.

Step 3: Click Submit and wait for your verification email to arrive in your inbox.

Step 4: Open your verification email and click verify.

Step 5: You will be taken to a page confirming that your account has been verified.

Great! Your account has been created, you can now navigate to the login page to gain access to the ePortal.

Login

Step 1: Navigate to the login page.

Step 2: Enter the email address and password you used to create your account.

Forgot You Password?

Step 1: Click on 'forgot password' on the login page.

Step 2: Enter your email address as requested and click submit.

Step 3: Check for an email which will be sent to you with a newly generated password.

Step 4: Login using that new password.

Note: It is suggested that you change your password after this step to something you can easily remember.

Great! You should now be sent to the ePortal where you can gain access to all it's features

ePortal-Registering and Managing A Business

Registering

Step 1: Login to the ePortal.

Step 2: Complete the 'Personal Profile' form, you cannot proceed with any other actions before completing this step.

Step 3: Click on 'Add Business' and you will be navigated to the appropriate form.

Step 4: Complete the form, entering all required details with regards to your business, enuring that all information entered is correct and true.

Step 5: Once you have arrived at the end of the form, you will be prompted to click 'Submit' and complete your registration.

Great! Your business has now been registered into the ePortal

Managing

Step 1: Navigate to the dashboard of the ePortal.

Step 2: If you have already added a business, you will notice a summary of that business' information on your dashboard. Click on the "View/Edit" button to get a more detailed look.

Step 3: If you wish to edit the information regarding your business, simply type into the respective text field and click 'Save Changes' when you are done.

Great! You can now view and manage your business' details via the ePortal

ePortal-Applying For A Vending Licence

Step 1: Navigate to the dashboard of the ePortal.

Step 2: If you have already added a business, you will notice a summary of that business' information on your dashboard. If the type of business you carry out is 'Vending', you will notice a blue 'Apply For A Vendors Licence' button. Click on that button to navigate to the vendoring form.

Step 3: Complete the form, enuring that all information entered is correct and true.

Step 4: Once you have arrived at the end of the form, you will be prompted to click 'Submit' and complete your application.

Step 5: Wait for the application to complete it's approval process, you will be notified when there are any changes to the status of your application.

Step 6: Once you have been notified via email that your application has been approved, navigate to your ePortal and click on the "Vending Applications" panel on the menu.

Step 7: You will notice a 'Pay' button next to the approved application. Click it and you will now be able to pay via EzPay.

Step 8: Once the payment has been successfully processed, your vending licence will be sent via email.

Great! You now have your vending licence and will be able to renew that licence once it's duration has been passed
